Labour and social responsibilities

Grupo Calinda commits itself to the welfare of the community and its workers thanks to agreements with its employees. The employees are given a variety of benefits, which include scholarships for children of employees, extra holiday during the year, special leave with full paid salary, additional incentives for productivity, etc.

The communities are given a colaboration such as donation of classrooms, miscellaneous equipment, computers, land, road repair and maintenance partnership with them throughout the year.

The workers have the freedom of association and union representation, being the Solidarity Asociations the most common, with which the company contributes and actively participates in the benefit of workers, meeting their personal and family needs.
