The Real Estate division operates under several different company names. Its composed of a group of companies that participates in the real estate market in different segments such as rent, property sales and urbanization developments since 1995.
Our objective is to be a highly profesional company that satisfies the demands of a highly demanding market in a segment that has been traditionaly operated in a very informal manner.
In the rent segment we operate as shareholders and administrators of condos in the west area (Escazú) with Condominio Calahonda and Condominio Los Cáceres, who serve executives from multinationals, embassies and ONGs, segment that we lead. On the northern sector (Moravia) and the East (Curridabat) we participate in Condominios Condozenith and other properties for professional young families.
We also own buildings with office space for rent, some of them used by our own company, in San José, in places like Zapote, Montes de Oca and San Antonio de Belén.
Another segment in which we have worked and will keep on working is in Urbanization Development.
And last but not least, we sell the goods and assets of other of our divisions, specifically the ones of the Fiduciaria Brunca.
