Proyecto Cañaveral

In Bocas del Toro, Panama, the Corporation is a shareholder and promoter of a tourism development totaling 685 hectares with 12 km of white sand beach. This Project is named Cañaveral, unique in its nature and culture. This project involves the family Van Noordenne from Holland and attorney Alonso Arroyo Quesada as partners.

This area is rich in tropical forests, rivers, lagoons, beaches and coral reefs and is home to lush flora and fauna that is mixed with folklore and culture of indigenous ethnicity Ngöbe Buglé.

Cañaveral Project is a sustainable development focused on eco and ethnic tourism in the area. Aware of the fragility of the ecosystem and in order to preserve the culture of its inhabitants, this project comes under the integration of all its components to create a unique and authentic experience in this idyllic natural setting.

Ecodesarrollo Manzanillo

Part of the Wild Silvester Life Refugee Gandoca Manzanillo, on the southern part of the Limón province, Manzanillo is an area know internationally and nationally for ist exotic and exubreant natural beauty and ist rich variety of flora and fauna as well as for ist high leveles of natural conservation.

On September 2001 and under the name of Ecodesarollo Manzanillo EDM, S.A. this beautiful property is acquired, totaling more than 3 hectares estrategically located over the main road next to the sea.

With the idea of taking advantage of the ecological beauty of the area specificaly the caribbean ambient, we start with the permits to build a condo-hotel that can satisfy the necessities of our future guests.

The project will have:

  • 2 Suites with Jacuzzi
  • 7 2 floor Bungalows for sale with a pool

  • Bar/Restaurant
  • Parking for 50 cars

Currently the Secretary of Environment gave the viability permit that shows that such a project can be built while leaving 800 trees inside the property in order for the guests to enjoy the harmony and the sounds of nature.

A 65 hectare property located in the beautiful mountains of Horquetas in Sarapiquí, in the provice of Heredia bordering the Natial Park Braulio Carillo. This property has a wide variety of Flora and Fauna.

Costa Atlántica

Property of 46 hectares located in front of the Caribbean sea in Bananito beach in the province of Limón. In the next years the projects will start generating ist community with job with high social standards and ecological conciousness.
